RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days of purchase by contacting through our dedicated channel, you will get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of some prices. The shipping cost will be on us if the product is bought on a promotion or as stated on our website. Otherwise, the customers will pay the shipping cost, or it can be deducted from the refund amount.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• The item must not be worn.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or any proof of purchase.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You can exchange your item anytime within 14 days from the date of purchase. If there is an amount difference, whether it is more or less, that can be adjusted on your purchase or refund. The defective or damaged item will be exchanged free of cost.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

• If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

• The shipping for refund or exchange is free if it is stated on our website at the time of purchase.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is purchased without promotion or when we were not offering the free shipping.

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
